The Renewable Economy

What is a renewable economy?

Supply-siders (e.g. Republicans) don't like renewable energy and other green product and service ideas because it solves the problem of supply and demand. For example, once we begin to produce all of our electricity from renewable sources, not only will the price of electricity stop going up it will actually start to go down. Why? Because the source of energy to create the electricity is (practically) endless and once the initial cost of building the infrastructure to harness this energy is in place then the only costs will be for maintenance and replacement of aging equipment.
